Refunds (if applicable)
We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and it’s our responsibility to replace your item(s) for any of the following reasons:
– The product is flawed
– The print quality is poor
– The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site
Please email us at: support@Yubishop.com, provide a photo of the product you received along with detail shots you wish to include. We need these information as proof to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.
For all other requests please email us at: support@Yubishop.com. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear. Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

Please contact our support department for an RMA number before sending anything back to us.
Yubi always do our best to ensure all the goods arrive in perfect condition. However, if the mistake happens, we will change the damaged goods at no cost to the client or credit them in the customer’s account in case the change is impossible. If there is a gift set with one product missed or the order is not complete due to the improper packing or incorrect picking, we will complete the order or replace the particular item with no charge to the customer as well.Contact us within 30 days and return will be set up.
Items shipped from Yubi , including Sale Deals, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.
RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We ask that you send it back within 7 days. All packages received without an RMA number are not acceptable.
If a return does not come back in the condition it was sent out in, (i.e.. a torn cable on a display assembly, scratches, used adhesive, etc.) a refund may be denied (or additional charges may apply), and the item can be sent back out to you at your expense. If your part doesn’t qualify for a refund, we will reach out to you, and if there is no response within 7 days, the part will be properly recycled. This 7 days also applies to items returned to us that include original pre-installed components transferred over to them.

Cancel (If Applicable)
After making purchase, customer have 12 hour to request cancelling – we will happy process full refund.
After that date, item will be produced and we can’t support any further.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
– Firstly check your bank account again.
– Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– Thirdly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
– Finally, if you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: support@Yubishop.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
All products are customized based on customer’s demand, we can support exchange size or color but it will require handling and fulfillment fee .
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: support@Yubishop.com. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. You will take responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
